This page summarizes the direct-booking cancellation rules supplied for TTHousing LLC (TTH). Refunds are calculated according to the policy active when the booking is made. This summary does not replace the terms of an existing reservation. Check the cancellation policy shown when you book and in your confirmation.
Direct-booking cancellation rules
- 100% refund — qualifying 24-hour window. Cancel within 24 hours after the booking is accepted, if the booking was requested at least 7 days before check-in. The request date determines eligibility; the acceptance time starts the 24-hour window.
- 50% refund — 30-day cutoff. Outside the qualifying 24-hour window, cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
The qualifying 100% rule takes priority over the 50% rule. It applies during that 24-hour window even when check-in is fewer than 30 days away, provided the booking was requested at least 7 days before check-in and check-in has not occurred.
All reservations become non-refundable after the last rule expires or at check-in, whichever comes earlier. If neither refund rule applies, the reservation is non-refundable.
Reservations through another channel
If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or another third-party channel, follow the cancellation policy and terms of the channel you booked through, as shown for your reservation. This direct-booking summary does not override those terms.
